MEET PIPPA
She’s the life of the party.
Qualities: Charming, bubbly, adaptable.
Pippa is a proud 3-wheeled member of the Italian Piaggio family, the parent brand of Vespa. After moving to Southern California, this Piaggio Ape was revamped and unveiled as a vintage mobile bar and marketplace.
You name the event, and Pippa will make it one-of-a-kind. She’s a charming addition to weddings, birthday parties, graduations, corporate cocktail hours, fundraisers, class reunions, dinner parties, happy hours, supper clubs, and cooking classes.
Aside from her work as a mobile bar and craft marketplace, she also doubles as a photo backdrop. Here in the United States, where three-wheeled bars are very rare, she’s an attention-grabbing show-stopper your guests will rave about for years to come.
MEET KELLY MCGRAIL PATTON
She’s also the life of the party, but in human form.
Qualities: Entrepreneurial, jovial, enthusiastic (especially when it comes to cocktails and crafts)
Kelly is the mastermind behind Poplar Provisions. A marketing professional, entrepreneur, and certified bartender, her three worlds collided when Poplar Provisions came to life. Kelly and her husband/bartending sidekick Dan happily reside in Redlands, California.
Fun fact: Kelly is also a certified wedding officiant in the State of California, and seamlessly transitions to bartender after hours.
In her youth, Kelly spent summers on Poplar Street overlooking Lake Michigan. With such fond memories of poplar trees, it’s no wonder Pippa is made of poplar.
MEET DAN PATTON
Qualities: Spirited, gregarious, industrious.
Dan is known around town as “the guy who rides his dirt bike to the grocery store,” symbolic of his ‘why not?’ approach to life and everlasting love of automobiles. He wears many hats for Poplar Provisions, leveraging both business-savvy book smarts and beer-savvy street smarts.
When he’s not building something or adventuring with Kelly, he can be found obeying the speed limit on one of his many dirt bikes, or more likely, playing chess.
